Welcome to Pine Street Capital
Formed in 2004, Pine Street Capital Partners provides capital to lower middle market companies (typically $10- $75 million in revenue). We invest with experienced and committed management teams in established companies, providing mezzanine and equity capital in sponsored and unsponsored transactions in support of the following activities:

Private equity sponsored buyouts

Recapitalizations

With every transaction opportunity, we are committed to providing timely and direct feedback to capital requests, maintaining an open process and offering flexibility in our financing solutions.
Our investments are typically made in the form of subordinated debt, often with an equity co-investment in situations where equity capital is warranted or desired. Our investment size ranges from $3 million to $12 million, though we have the ability to bring in co-investors for larger capital needs. We believe our investment structure is attractive in the right situations in that it provides needed capital while allowing the existing or new owners to retain a greater level of ownership and control of the company.
We are currently investing out of our third fund, Pine Street Capital Partners IV, which is licensed as a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC").
